I am a senior solicitor specialising in private client work, this includes all types of wills from straight forward wills where appropriate, those requiring tax advice and planning, property trust wills and wills to provide for disabled beneficiaries. I deal with tax planning and later life planning, powers of attorney, trusts to include will trusts and lifetime trusts. In addition, I deal with preparation of Declarations of Trust for those wishing to set out their share or interest in property or other assets and all aspects of estate administration.
For those encountering difficulties, I deal with aspects of contentious work within private client to include validity of wills, claims in respect of an executor’s actions/inaction also claims and appeals in respect of care funding provision.
I work with various charities and support many charity fund raising schemes, I also work with various dementia groups and I am an accredited ‘Dementia Friend’ acting for those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s/dementia.
I am also a fully accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) and an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
