Commercial Property Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive 2 year + PQE
We have an opportunity for a 2 year + PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the team at Mewies Solicitors in our Property Department. We are a well established practice providing services across all main practice areas in the ‘Gateway to the Dales’ market town of Skipton, North Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for an existing caseload covering the whole spectrum of commercial property work including commercial sales and purchases, option agreements and similar arrangements, commercial leases (acting for Landlords and Tenants), commercial property finance, and agricultural property (including overage agreements).
The position has excellent prospects for career progression for the right candidate.
