Sarah Hitchen-Gibbon

Sarah Hitchen-Gibbon is a Solicitor Advocate in our Litigation department having joined the practice in October 2023.

Sarah completed her Law degree at Lancaster University and graduated in 2012 before completing her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Manchester and graduating in 2013.

She has Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) which allows her to represent clients in not only the County Courts but also the High Courts in England and Wales.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in November 2016, Sarah has worked in litigation and personal injury.

Sarah has experience in boundary, neighbour and property disputes, breach of contract, negligence and contentious probate claims. She also has experience in road traffic accidents as well as public and employer liability claims.

Sarah is friendly and approachable. She listens to her clients wants and needs to truly understand their situation and ensure the best possible result for her clients is achieved.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and walks in the countryside
