Losing a loved one is difficult enough but the grieving process can be made even more difficult when there is a dispute over a Will. Unfortunately not all probate is straightforward. Increasingly, complex family relationships mean that the seemingly unfair distribution of assets is a source of severe tension, often among previously close family members.
