Holidays

  • 23 days annual leave for full time workers – this gradually increases up to 28 days per year, with length of service.
  • Additional days off at Christmas – the office is closed between Christmas and New Year and these days do not come out of the annual leave entitlement.
  • A Holiday Purchase Scheme allowing staff to “buy” up to 5 days extra holiday on a salary sacrifice basis.
  • Holidays can be booked in hours as well as full days or half days, giving the opportunity of an early finish or a long lunchbreak.

Health & Wellbeing

  • Staff can join Medicash, which is a health cash plan covering a range of health care expenses eg dental treatment, optical care, physiotherapy etc. The company cover the cost of this.
  • Medicash also includes 24/7access to a virtual GP, prescription service, health & stress helpline and up to 8 face to face counselling sessions per year.
  • Discounted gym membership at local gym, Jets.

Pension
We have a workplace pension scheme where the firm contributes 3% of salary each month and staff contribute a minimum of 5% of salary. Qualifying staff are automatically enrolled into the scheme after 3 months’ employment.

Life Assurance
Life Assurance Scheme – paying out 2 x salary on the event of death in service.

Firm wide social events
As a thank you to staff we hold a Christmas Party every year and we also hold a summer party.
There are plenty of other social events for staff throughout the year.

Flexibility over working hours
We are always happy to consider requests for flexible working arrangements and have many staff who do not work the standard 9am to 5.15pm hours.

Training & Development
All staff are encouraged to develop their knowledge and skills via training courses and other learning methods. We support staff who want to progress their careers eg apprenticeships, Legal Executive qualifications or Training Contracts.

Staff have access to complementary and discounted legal services.
