Funding
If we are bringing a claim for you, we will deal with it on a no win, no fee basis. This means that if you are unsuccessful in your claim then we will not charge you for the work we have undertaken for you. However, if we are successful, then we will take a percentage of damages from your compensation that you receive. The maximum amount we would take is 25% of your award for an injury and any past losses incurred. You may also have to pay an insurance premium if you are successful. However our specialist team will discuss this with you at your initial consultation.
